IMPERATIVES OF THE LABOR MARKET, SOCIAL AND LABOR RELATIONS, EMPLOYMENT, EMPLOYMENT, FLEXIBLE FORMS OF EMPLOYMENT, HUMANIZATION OF THE LABOR MARKET, LABOR PROMISE, INNOVATIVE WORK, GLOBALIZATION OF THE LABOR MARKET. The object of research is the social and economic imperatives of the labor market. The aim of the work is to determine the imperatives of the development of the labor market, which will allow us to identify practical mechanisms for their implementation under conditions of economic uncertainty. Research methods - dialectical method of cognition, methods of system and comparative analysis; economic and mathematical modeling; theoretical and logical analysis; scientific substantiation and forecasting, graphical method, etc. Based on the proposed author's classification of definitions and key imperatives of the development of the national labor market, it is justified that the most influential imperatives of content are: the transformation of labor market institutions and ensuring its balanced dynamics in conditions of external and internal destructive influences; the need to improve the quality and changing the structure of employment in accordance with current socio-economic trends; the transformation of value orientations in the ratio of spheres of employment and free time. For the first time, the levels and directions of changes in the professional and educational characteristics of those engaged in the relationship from the structural reorganization of the country's economy were assessed using the decomposition method, which made it possible to establish and prove the autonomy of these processes and substantiate the nature of the revealed differences between the educational and qualification level of workers and workplaces. One of the main reasons is the shortage of jobs that require tertiary education, proves the need to gradually overcome the trend of primitivization of the economy by improving the institutional environment in general and labor market institutions in particular. It is proved that the growth of aggregate labor productivity in the Ukrainian economy will depend not only on improving technology or organization of production of goods and services (i.e., intra-industry components), but also on structural shifts in employment in the direction from low to high-performing activities. It is justified that the uncontrolled expansion of the informal sector will not contribute to an increase in the aggregate labor productivity, hence the development of the economy. Hence, the institutional environment in which there will be incentives to create productive and closing inefficient jobs, as well as to a narrowing of economic activity outside the official segment will objectively contribute to the economic growth of the country.5481 Product Description popup.authors Біліченко С.М.
