The object of research is the physical and mathematical models of the material. The purpose of the work is to create a map of the material. Methods of research - experimental research of physical and mechanical characteristics of materials on test equipment, testing of special samples from the materials under study on tensile, compression, torsion, torsion with stretching, processing of experimental results by methods of hardness measurement, strain gauging, dividing grids, followed by statistical processing of experimental data for determination characteristics and functions of the material. The parameters for the formation of a material map in the form of characteristics and functions are defined, such as a strengthening curve, a plasticity diagram, a stability diagram, a hardness diagram, a Baushinger curve, and others. With the help of the phenomenological theory of deformability of metals, which is based on fundamental representations about the properties of materials under extreme deformations, the problems of computer simulation of processes of abolition of metals by pressure in aviation, automobile and other industries and destruction of structures of automobiles, planes, etc. are solved. The obtained maps of materials will allow to predict the resource of durability, durability, durability of elements of constructions, in particular in aircraft and automobile construction.
