The object of study - the process of measuring television monitoring and diagnostic parameters of inhomogeneous biological media. Purpose - improving the performance, reliability and control accuracy of diagnosis by improving the methods for multispectral television measurement control and diagnostic parameters of inhomogeneous biological media. Methods of investigation - at the decision of tasks used methods of radiation transfer theory in heterogeneous biological samples allowing for the optical and physical parameters, content and spatial distribution of biological chromophores them to develop a mathematical model of the radiation transforming the object of study. At the first stage the analysis of mathematical models and methods for improving the multispectral television measurement control and diagnostic parameters of inhomogeneous biological media. Mathematical modeling of radiation transfer in inhomogeneous surface layers of biological fluids on the basis of a multi-layer structure. Mathematical modeling of radiation transfer in inhomogeneous surface layers of biological materials with particles of different sizes and shapes. Mathematical modeling of the formation of non-uniform arrays of multispectral images of biological media. Developed and improved methods of multispectral television measurement control and diagnostic parameters of inhomogeneous biological media. At the second stage the means of multispectral television measurement control and diagnostics of heterogeneous biological media parameters, specialized software and experimental methods for monitoring and diagnosing the parameters of inhomogeneous biological media for applied tasks of environmental monitoring, biomedical diagnostics and product quality control are developed.
