The purpose of the work is to develop algorithms for the analysis of histological and cytological images and to build an informational and analytical system for the processing of images of autologous and xenogenic tissues. Methods of research: methods of higher algebra, methods of the theory of discrete crystallographic groups, methods of linear algebra and analytical geometry, methods of contour and texture analysis of images, computer modeling methods. The results of the study: algorithms for the analysis of histological and cytological images were developed, on the basis of which the information-analytical system for the processing of images of autologous and xenogenic tissues was implemented. Areas of implementation: the results of work can be used in clinical practice, for research in morphology and in the educational process. Field of application - medicine: histology, cytology. The methods and algorithms of image transformation in the topological space, methods and algorithms of image quality estimation in the metrics of Frechet, Hausdorff, Gromov-Hausdorff, method and algorithms of weighted chords for comparison of image areas, method and adaptive algorithms of median and gaussian filtration are developed.
