The aim - to develop theoretical and methodological principles of transformation processes of the financial sector of the economy in terms of synergistic development of the global information postindustrial society. Methods of research: analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction (in determining the content, principles, methods and forms of transformation processes in the financial sector of the country's economy; definition of concepts); comparative, statistical analysis, logical generalization and grouping (in determining the preconditions, problems and perspective directions of structural and functional transformations of the financial sector in Ukraine, carrying out a comparative analysis of the transformational processes in the financial sector and the practice of their regulation in the countries of the world and in Ukraine); systematic structural analysis, structural decomposition (in the formation of the concept and methodical principles of transformation of the financial sector of the country's economy in the conditions of the development of a global informational post-industrial society on the basis of systemic synergy); economic-mathematical modeling (with topological modeling of structural changes in transformational financial and economic systems); correlation, regression and fractal analysis (in assessing the measures of competition in the banking market of Ukraine and the European Union, diagnosing financial and economic dynamics under conditions of transformation). The results of the research work and their novelty are solving the scientific problem of substantiation of the theoretical and methodological paradigm of the development of the financial sector in accordance with the needs of the global postindustrial information society, as well as the development on this basis the national model of structural and functional transformations of the financial sector of the Ukrainian economy and the corresponding regulatory mechanisms in the conditions of strengthening of influences systemic risks and social upheavals, on the basis of systemic synergy. The results of research is published in the 1 monograph, 2 textbooks, 23 articles (including 3 - in journals listed in metric scientific database Scopus, Web of Science, 5 - in editions included in other international scientometric databases and 15 - in professional journals), 17 abstracts of papers in the proceedings of scientific and practical conferences and implemented in the educational process of the Institute of banking technologies and business of Banking University in teaching discipline "Macroeconomics", "Finance, money and credit ","Central Bank and monetary policy ","Regulation of the monetary sphere","Digital Economy","Global Economy"(act of 12/06/2017).
