As a result of the work, the development of information technology techniques for the development of intelligent distributed systems based on the ontological approach and program modules that implement the proposed method were investigated. In the process of research, methods of system analysis, data and knowledge engineering, ontological engineering, the theory of intellectual systems, the theory of databases and knowledge, the theory of computer networks, the intellectual analysis of data, technical and software tools for designing and developing corporate information systems in the architecture " client-server ". As a result of the work the analysis of existing approaches in the field of ontological engineering and methods of automated filling ontologies of knowledge bases intellectual decision support systems. The author has developed his own method of automated development of knowledge base ontologies based on sources of scientific information, which is based on templates of relations between concepts of the subject area.5481
