The object of the study is the morpho-functional condition of the skin in rats after burn and wounds and the restoration of their characteristics after application of the proposed dermatotropic preparations based on nanoparticles of melanin, cerium dioxide and nanocomposite with fenugreek. The purpose of the work is to conduct a study of the effectiveness of dermatotropic drugs based on nanoparticles. The following methods were used to perform the work: pathophysiological, physiological, morphological, biochemical, microbiological, and molecular. The dependence of dermatotropic action of melanin, cerium dioxide and nanocomposite with fenugreek on their concentration in the proposed preparations was established and the mechanism of their dermatotropic action was established.
