A new approach is proposed for studying all possible phases in mixed ferro-antiferromagnetic compounds of the RADP type, the pase diagram "concentration-temperature" is constructed. On the basis of the non-homogeneous mean field approximation and the analysis of zeroes of the partition function in the complex plane, the universal characteristics of the critical behavior of the Ising and Potts models on the scale-free network with an annealed or quenched disorder are found. A unified approach is developed for the investigation of phase transitions in two-dimensional spin models with non-correlated and correlated structure defects. The results of the application of the statistical-physics apparatus to the analysis of the processes of human activity are presented.
