Results of the research for features of creating adaptive cloud infrastructures in changing operating conditions are presented. Research was aimed to determine the technologies and mechanisms that will enable the cloud infrastructure to adapt to unexpected changes in the operating environment. Some possible conflicts and consequences of possible changes in the operating environment and the adaptive capabilities of modern information technologies and tools that can be used are analyzed. The mechanism and number of analytical models for adaptation are proposed, as well as methods and algorithms for increasing the adaptive properties of cloud computing infrastructure. Main research methods are: system analysis, mathematical modeling.
