Diagnostic tools for assessment of attitudes towards educational reform in the target groups was developed (online and offline versions); the annual diagnostic survey covering the experimental schools was conducted. Criteria of effective social communication were developed; communicative environment of social media, and communicative activities of users were studied. Motives, needs, values of discussing persons were found and significant factors of resistance to reforms in each group of participants. Hypothesis of influence of professional responsibility, professional adaptation, and professional activities of school teachers on teachers' preparedness to implementation of educational innovations was suggested. The effectiveness of reflexive and resource components of the model of psychotechnological support for educational reform was empirically proved. Hypothesis of reflexive procedures necessary for increasing of subjectivity in participants of educational reform was confirmed. Effectiveness of methodological tools for organizational culture and innovative preparedness of personnel of an educational setting was empirically checked. Effectiveness of the model of psychotechnological support for educational reform was checked. It was found that implementation of components of social-psychological support influences: conscious and efficient use of online resources and information communication technologies for educational reform promotion; improvement of interaction between educators, other participants and educational reform initiators; revitalization of personal and group resources of implemented reform; development of a system of mutual support and aid in a process of reforming.
