The methodological principles and conceptual apparatus of the research of negative psychological phenomena in the political and legal sphere, which accompany the military conflict in the East of Ukraine are substantiated. The first theoretical generalizations of such phenomena have been made successfully. The basic principles of the socio-psychological concept of prevention and counteraction to negative psychological phenomena in the political and legal sphere related to armed confrontation in the East of the country are determined. The necessity of studying of artificial simulation of nihilistic sets in society is substantiated. Some models are proposed: 1) researching of dynamic characteristics of the process of political and legal identification of a person; 2) the dichotomous model of social nihilism; 3) the model of identification of nihilistic discourse as a product of deliberate manipulative action; 4) model of empirical research of paternalistic personality guides. The mechanism of the producing of anomie in a communicative society is defined. It is proposed that it is the transition of the power of discourse from the elites discourse to the ersatz elites discourse that producing of anomie. Some hypotheses are presented: 1) non-constructive forms of youth behavior in the political and legal sphere under military conflict had the situational determinants; 2) formation of social nihilism influenced with status of the person identities and it alienation in various spheres of life. The hypothesis about the precondition of the optimal status of political and legal identification ("achieved identity") with a full-fledged manifestation and balanced ratio of personal intentions to self-realization and self-development are empirically confirmed. Both the factors provoking an unlawful behavior of people and the features of the attitude of student youth to the use of aggression in solving political and legal problems are empirically determined. The preliminary empirical study covered 456 people.
