The purpose of research - the creation of theoretical basis for the implementation of technological solutions that increase the resource and the ecologizationlevel of high forced transport diesel engines of domestic production. Research methods - theoretical and experimental, development and improvement of the principles and means to enhance the thermal insulation and the most critical engine parts. The relevance of the research is related to the increase of the resource and the level of ecologization of domestic transport high forced diesel engines due to the implementation of a fundamentally new complex approach to the improving the physical, mechanical and operational processes. Solutions to create a theoretical framework for the improvement of technical and economic performance of domestic diesel engines, including internal combustion engines for armored vehicles were proposed. The physical and mathematical modeling of processes in the mating parts, a formalization of structural and of parametric optimization of design and technological solutions of strengthened components of diesel engines were done. The features of the valve assembly thermal condition automatic control were established. The measures to provide a the given piston thermal stress level were proposed.
