It was established that a separate ligation of CD150 or CD180 leads to the activation of Akt and MAPK signaling pathways in malignant transformed B lymphocytes of CLL. Сombined activation of these receptors results in the blocking of the phosphorylation of the Akt kinase and its targets-mTOR, 70S6K, S6RP and 4E-BP, complete inhibition of the phosphorylation of p38MAPK kinase. Analysis of the expression profile of transcription factors in CLL has shown that malignant transformed B lymphocytes are characterized by reduced expression of PU.1 and an elevated level of SPIB.
