The object of the research is the processes of managing the functioning and development of subjects and objects of economic activity at the regional level in the context of systemic crises and hybrid threats. The goal of the work is the development, development and improvement of the theoretical and methodological foundations of design and process-oriented management of the safe and innovative functioning and development of subjects and objects of economic activity in the conditions of the knowledge economy and systemic crises, the synergetic paradigm in the economy and the triadic paradigm in project management. Methods of research - system approach, methodology of project management, method of ascent from abstract to concrete, use of general scientific and special research methods, ecological-economic-mathematical modeling, system dynamics, factor analysis of the international competitiveness of a regional enterprise, situational modeling of the enterprise strategy selection process in a transboundary cluster and the like. Methodologies, models and mechanisms of project - oriented and process management of sustainable development of the region in the context of ensuring economic security and sustainable development of subjects and objects of economic activity are developed. Theoretical bases of process- and project-oriented management of sustainable and safe development of the region in the era of the knowledge economy, systemic crises and hybrid threats have been developed. The conceptual modeling of the activity of innovative project-oriented business entities in the conditions of the world economy, turbulent regional environment, global crisis phenomena and hybrid threats was carried out. Methodological bases for the activity of innovative project-oriented business entities have been developed from the position of a systemic and synergetic management paradigm.54815481
