The expediency of the technical and legal method as a way of knowing the legal phenomena, carried out with the help of, techniques of legal technology (law-making, law-enforcement, law-making) is substantiated. The question of the nature of law-making, in particular, rule-making; law-making, law-enforcement and law-enforcement technology; normative technology, content and formal requirements for law-making and its results; the role of legal science in the processes of improving the technology and technology of legal practice. It is emphasized that, in the same context, there is also the preparation of future lawmakers-standard projectors for a special program, which has already been partially tested at the Faculty of Law of Ivan Franko National University of Science and Technology in the preparation of masters in the field of Normoprojecting.
