DYNAMIC SYSTEM, STOCHASTIC MODELING, BOUNDARY SINGULAR INTEGRAL EQUATIONS, ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE, DIGIT IMAGE PROCESSING, HETEROCHROMATIN, NUKLEOTYPIFICATION, RANDOM SURFACE, MODELING OF MARINE SURFACES, FAST FOURIER TRANSFORM, SYSTEM-DYNAMICAL MODELING, COGNITIVE MODELING, HAMBURGER MOMENT PROBLEM, GENERALIZED COMPLEX SYSTEM, IDENTIFICATION OF PROBLEM SITUATIONS. The object of research is complex economic, technical, social and biological systems that perform in a dynamic external environment, in the process of functioning and development of which the problem situations arise required timely identification and risk management. The purpose of the research project is construction of adequate mathematical models of the dynamics of systems of various nature, the development of effective methods for classifying problem situations based on various types of analysis of current states and observational data in the systems, increasing the reliability of results of identification of problem situations of complex systems. The substantive technology of determination and measurement of key informative features of a state of a generalized complex system is developed. The dynamical discrete models for ordered and dichotomous data are developed enabling to forecast the dynamics of complex systems after their parametric and structural identification on the basis of observation data unordered in time. A numerical algorithm for solving the system of boundary singular integral equations is developed. It is of great importance in the design of radio waveforming systems, including safety issues. The properties of organizational knowledge as a complex socioeconomic system are investigated. The approaches to development of mathematical models and algorithms for analyzing cell images targeted at determining the response to external influences are developed. In this regard, it is advisable in collaboration with experts in the analysis of digital images to develop a method for the automatic analysis of microphotographs of human cell nuclei to assess changes in the state of chromatin. In the area of computer simulation of sea surfaces, that is important for the analysis of the ecological situation in seas and oceans, a computer model of the sea surface was developed. It uses Fast Fourier Transformation. The model's advantage over analogues that it requires minimal computer resources. The simulation of the behavior of economic agents on the basis of system-dynamical and cognitive approaches was performed. It is shown that dependence of the Gini coefficient on the tax progression is linear for distributions with a small variance of values "and nonlinear for high values" of the variance parameter. The operator problem of Hamburger's moments related to the problems associated with generalized resolvents and extensions of symmetric operators is solved. The problem is used in interpolation problems of analysis and the theory of differential equations, which are models of many phenomena and systems. Product Description popup.authors В.В. Зубова В.Т.
