The research is aimed at solving the scientific and applied problem of increasing the efficiency of transportation of grain cargoes to seaports for export, due to the creation of innovative rolling stock, the development of railway infrastructure and transportation technologies. Improved technology of transportation of grain by rail to seaports provides - development of the railway infrastructure of elevators for the possibility of loading loading routes and reducing their number on the territory of the country; - development of the railway infrastructure of the port stations for the possibility of forming routes from empty wagons ; - organization of loading of departure routes on elevators according to the schedule with maintenance of their scheduled locomotives. The complex solution of the problem of improving the functional properties of the coatings of the rolling stock is the modification of the metal matrix with the particles of the dispersed phase to obtain composite electrolytic coatings based on nickel and the application of non-stationary regimes of electrolysis.
