A biosensor system based on immobilized enzymes (hexokinase and glucose oxidase) and disk platinum electrodes has been developed, and their experimental prototypes have been created. The main analytical characteristics of the bioselective elements of the biosensor system while working with the model solutions are investigated: selection of the optimal method of immobilization of enzymes (choice of method and duration of immobilization, concentration of enzymes and glutaraldehyde).
