It was designed and manufactured part of the airplane plating with the necessary heat and electrical conductivity. The mathematical model of calculation of parameters of modified composite has been tested and validated for reliability. From the analysis of the test results, recommendations were made regarding the selection of reinforcement schemes, the percentage content of particles that are sprayed, the development of wiring zones of conductive material for the distribution of electric charge. The techniques of designing a composite structure of the FEM were developed.
