The formulation and technology of the production of mineral-organic enrichment supplements is scientifically substantiated. The rational regimes and terms of storage of mineral-organic enrichment additives are determined. The organoleptic and physicochemical properties of additives are established. On the basis of the results of the performed research, a draft of the normative documentation for mineral-enriched mineral-organic supplements for the special-purpose product technology has been developed. The introduction of the technology of mineral-organic enrichment supplements makes it possible to enrich the daily dietary micronutrient food products and the production of functional foods and special dietary products.
