A constructive criterion of continuous parameter dependence in this space is obtained. Also error and residual of solution are proved to have the same order. On the finite inteval Sturm-Liouville differential expression with singular coefficients is considered. Corresponding operators are correctly defined as quasi-differential. The conditions for the minimal operator to be symmetric are found and its self-adjoint, maximal dissipative and maximal accumulative extensions are descrbed in terms of boundary conditions.
