The work presents the results of the metallographic, X-ray diffraction and micro-X-ray analysis of the investigation of the structure of TiAl alloy under thermochemical pressing. The results of the analysis made it possible to prove that in the high-temperature synthesis in the TiAl alloy, a two-phase structure is formed with intermetallic phases TiAl + Ti3Al. Under the conditions of thermochemical pressing with additional doping of the Nb alloy, an intermetallic synthesis product was obtained with an average grain size of 10…12 mcm.
