The purpose of the study is to determine the cognitive determinants of the dynamics of professional self-determination of students-psychologists and to develop a program for optimizing the professional self-determination of students-psychologists. Methods of research: to solve the main tasks of the dissertation research and to achieve the goal, a complex of methods was used: theoretical (analysis, systematization, generalizations, which were used for substantiation of theoretical and methodological positions of the study of the peculiarities of the formation of professional self-determination of students-psychologists); empirical (questionnaires, testing, content analysis, psychological and pedagogical experiment); mathematical methods of static data processing: factor analysis, student t-criterion, correlation analysis. The specifics of the concepts of the meaning and content of the professional activity of the psychologist of students-psychologists are determined, namely: in the group with a focus on professional self-realization, meaningful concepts are - professional "Supervisio", educational activity, formation of further professional development, in other groups - seven " me, friendship, self-search and leisure planning. The author proposes the development and correction program of optimization of professional self-determination of students-psychologists. In particular, the scientific significance of using the author's coaching deck of the metaphorical associative maps "Supervision" as one of the methods for optimizing the professional self-determination of students-psychologists becomes acute.
