Recommendations were developed in order to improve the existing schemes of operation of transport and engineering systems and introduce methods for early diagnosis of the state of critical structures and systems. Model of motion of revolving pipeline filled with liquid is elaborated. The problem of in-service inspection optimization for the NPP piping and components was invwstigated. All steps of the process of Flaw Handbook development have been outlined. The Flaw Handbook for weld #4 of VVER-1000 reactor preassure vessel have been developed. The new methods to improve the capabilities of rempte sensing and measurement of motion parameters of objects and structures of power complex were developed. Statement and solution techniques for the problem of forced vibrations and dissipative heating of closed spherical shell made of physically nonlinear viscoelastic material and it's control by means of piezoelectric sensors and actuators were developed.
