Receptor-based pharmacophore models of FGFR1 and CK2 inhibitors have been developed and several chemical classes of small-molecular inhibitors for these enzymes have been identified. Novel methods for compounds chemical synthesis have been proposed. The algorithm for pharmacophore model optimization and rescoring of pharmacophore screening results was developed.
