The main goal of research is the development of psychological and pedagogical diagnostic technologies, psychological and pedagogical support of educational activities of children with special educational needs and families, educates them in the activities of psychological, medical and pedagogical consultations of the education system. Methods of research: theoretical - analysis of trends and development processes of a person with disrupted development, taking place in the educational and upbringing activities of educational institutions; analysis and generalization of the results of experimental studies; the construction of theoretical approaches and organizational and methodological conditions for improving the practical activities of PMPC specialists in providing psychological and pedagogical support for children with special educational needs. Empirical - questioning; oral surveys; monitoring and screening; study of methodical and reporting documentation of specialists in psychological, medical and pedagogical consultations; methods of statistical processing of experimental data, practical testing of the developed methodological materials. Main scientific results in accordance with the Terms of Reference and the Perspective Thematic Plan for 2017-2019: Preparation for publication: methodical manuals "Innovative technologies in the activities of an inclusive resource center", "A child with a hyperactive disorder in an educational institution. Psychological support "; methodological recommendations "Methodological and organizational issues of diagnostic and consultative activity of psychological and medical-pedagogical consultations", "Psychological support of inclusive education", "Social rehabilitation and educational programs in the work of the resource centers with the family"; articles in professional publications, abstracts, conference proceedings. The social effect of implementing the results of research will be: improving the effectiveness of the educational process of children with special educational needs and disabled people, protecting the rights of the above-mentioned category of children for quality education, social-personal formation, integration into social life, improving the social well-being of families; improvement of the work of specialists in psychological, medical and pedagogical consultations of the education system.
