The object of the study - cardiosurgical patients with postinfarction rupture between the duct wall, observed in NISSK them. Amosova MM Phenomena that will be studied: interosternal dysplasia, morphological changes in the zone of acute breakage of the interventricular septum, hemodynamic changes at different stages of the onset of HMMSHP, optimal termioperative interference with HMMSHP. Objective: To improve the results of surgical treatment of post-infarction bursting of the interventricular septum to reduce lethality and increase the duration and quality of life of patients. An algorithm for managing patients with acute rupture of the interventricular septum will be developed. The pathomorphological and pathophysiological changes in HMMPC will be described. This work is of great scientific and practical importance for the modern health system, and this is aimed at expanding the possibilities of providing effective assistance in the best possible terms after the onset of the interventricular septum rupture
