Prepared: manuscript of educational programs: Program for pre-professional preparation of students 10-11 cl. (professions such as "man-nature", "man-technician"); Program for pre-professional preparation of students 10-11 cl. (professions such as "man-man", "man-sign system", "man-artistic image"). The conditions, factors, mechanisms that influence and ensure the formation of a competitive environment and competitiveness of the individual in the conditions of pre-professional training, are analyzed in the framework of the staging experiment on the basis of experimental STIs. Developed: the structure of scientific and methodological support for the preparation of senior pupils to the choice of a profession such as "man-technician"; the structure of scientific and methodological provision of preparation of senior pupils for the choice of professions such as "man-nature", aimed at providing educational establishments with educational and training sets in accordance with the directions of preparation, development of methods and pedagogical technologies in accordance with the tasks of pre-professional training. A monitoring study is conducted on the readiness of senior pupils to choose a "human-person" profession, which indicates that there is an urgent need to review and improve the professional information work, on the basis of which other types of vocational guidance will be built, to provide this work systematically and consistently, to develop and implement the necessary scientific and methodological support. in the practice of the institutions of general secondary education of different types, an integrated system of scientific and methodological support for the formation of a person's competitiveness in conditions of pre-professional training, namely: - the model and technology of formation of personality competitiveness in conditions of preprofessional training; - psychological and pedagogical diagnostic tool for carrying out the examination of the main factors, conditions and competencies of personality competitiveness in conditions of pre-professional training; - instructional materials and recommendations for effective empirical research; - interactive creative and development-correction methods for correction of the revealed problems in the study of the competitiveness of the individual in pre-professional training; - program and teaching and methodological support of educational modules: educational programs of special psychological training (special courses of educational modules of seminars, trainings, coaching): a) for senior pupils, b) for pedagogical workers, etc .; - educational and methodological support: study guides, teaching aids, manuals and methodical materials and recommendations for their use. As part of the research "Scientific and methodological provision of pre-professional preparation of senior pupils", a preliminary stage of experimental research on the basis of research sites was carried out, a preliminary analysis of pupil testing results was carried out. Experimentally tested: models and technology of formation of personality competitiveness in conditions of pre-professional training; method of conducting and diagnostic tools for the implementation of the test phase of the experiment; interactive creative and development-correction methods for the implementation of the formative stage of the experiment of research of competitiveness of the individual in conditions of pre-professional training.
