It has been established that the majority of respondents have a low level of locomotion (51.35 - 85.88%). The high level of physical activity that provides the physiological norm of a person, demonstrated only 3,53 -7,86% of young people. The authors developed the algorithm of programming of individual physical wellness and improving classes of students, which involves determining the level of physical state and deviations from sanitary and hygienic norms, justification of rational content, volumes and methods of physical activity, the sequence of their implementation at different stages of health improvement training in accordance with the goals, tasks and individual morphofunctional features of the students body. Also a technique for the development of motor activity of young people in the process of doing Scandinavian walking, aiming to increase the "backward" of the norms of indicators of physical state has developed. Using of the physical exercises for the development of strength, speed, rapid endurance, agility and flexibility is due to the need for the formation of proper overall physical fitness. The use of game and competitive methods allowed to prevent the monotony of the proposed loads and to strengthen the motivational component of the developed technique due to varying the pace and speed of walking.
