The aim of the work is to improve the technologies of construction and methods of designing telecommunication networks with the use of adequate mathematical models of traffic. The analysis of technological solutions for the construction of modern multiservice communication networks, as well as analysis of methods for optimization of information transmission mechanisms in modern networks, is developed; the method of information transmission optimization in modern networks is developed by adaptive estimation of URI in complex content filtering systems;analysis of real models of multiservice traffic; the main stages and peculiarities of designing multiservice communication networks are considered; examples of the use of mathematical methods in the initial stages of the design of the maltsiservice communication networks are given; The mathematical description of the model of real multiservice traffic is given; methods of choosing technological solutions for the construction of multiservice networks of the following generations, as well as the method of calculation of multiservice networks; the program implementation of the methodology for selecting technological solutions for the construction of multiservice networks of subsequent generations has been implemented.
