The optimum modes of thermal treatment of the investigated steel are established: annealing at temperatures of 750 ± 20 ?С and cooling with the furnace, and the shuttering time depends on the weight of the workpiece, tempering at a temperature of 1020 ± 10 ?С and cooling in the oil, release of steel with a heating temperature of 550-560 ?С . A pilot-industrial test of a 4H3N5M3F stamping instrument for the production of copper tire and rods at the "Spetslyiy plant" (Dnipro) was conducted. The matrix of the proposed steel showed a high resistance to four times the 4X5MFS steel matrix used at the factory.
