Object of study - processes of nano- and fine structure formation of ligatures with modifying effect on structure of castings and ingots from casting and deformable alloys. Objective of work - creation of scientific and technological background for production of complex ligatures with nano- and fine structure for telic impact on the processes of structure and properties formation for Al-based alloys. Methods of study - optic and scanning electron microscopy, quantitative metallography, X-ray diffraction, X-ray spectrum, thermal analysis, testing of mechanic properties, measuring of electric resistance in solid state. Following results obtained practical recommendations for production of high-strength deformed alloy with high mechanic properties were producted. Developed by authors principles of production of aluminum nanostructure fibers opens the opportunity for creation of new materials with unique properties. Results of experimental studied were tested in industrial production Ltd. "Vyortech" (Brovary, Kyiv region) with positive result, confirmed by proper Act.
