The purpose of the work was to develop tools for assessing the quality of providing the services of the CPAS on the basis of public opinion polls of consumers of these services and the methodological principles for their identification in order to identify the most problematic places for improving their quality and provide a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the CPAS. The result of the work - a report on research work, which includes information on the principles of construction and experience in introducing a methodology for assessing the quality of administrative services provided by the CPAS of Kyiv. The novelty of the work is to develop a methodology and standardized criteria (indicators, indices) of the sociological assessment of the quality of administrative services provided by the National Academy of Sciences of Kyiv, testing and implementation of the methodology for the assessment of administrative services in Kyiv in the test mode (for four regional CPAS of the city).
