The basic analytical characteristics of this device are investigated. The optimization of the method for measuring saccharides using conductometric enzyme biosensors has been carried out. A number of modifications and optimizations of conductivity biosensors with zeolites and selection of optimal enzyme ratios in the biosolemic membrane have been performed. The method of measurement of sucrose and glucose in samples of juices, sweet drinks and honey, as well as lactose and glucose in different milk samples was worked out.
