The production of cytokines through infectious-inflammatory diseases and precancerous processes induced by papilloma and herpes viruses was studied, some pathogenetic mechanisms of development of these diseases were found out. An immunoassay test-system "DIA-HSV2-lgG" was developed. In Patients with lower levels lgG antibodies to herpes simplex virus type 1 and type 2 were established reduced interferon-gamma production. Nanocomposite materials based on cerium dioxide have been created. Experimental models for the selection of perspective probiotic strains have been developed
