The optimal conditions for immobilization of bioselective elements, as well as optimal conditions for their reactivation after inactivation by toxic substances, have been chosen, the latter makes it possible to reuse enzyme membranes. The complex multi-step methods of using a separate biodegradable element with its reactivation in the determination of different groups of toxic substances in complex multicomponent water samples have been developed. To improve the sensitivity and stability of bioselective elements, new methods of immobilization of enzymes, namely the use of gold nanoparticles and micro- and nanosized zeolites for the adsorption of enzymes on their surfaces, have been proposed.
