The algorithms for estimating the spatial distribution of the currents density vector found after the solution of the inverse problem proposed (based on the construction of the Voronoi diagrams, based on the construction of the time dependences of entropy for the sequence of currents maps, based on the analysis of the time dependences of the positive and negative components of the signal). All algorithms in the form of the corresponding software units of the magnetometric cardioscanner are implemented. The algorithm of three-dimensional visualization and spatial analysis of the results of the solution of the inverse problem in magnetocardiogram on the heart model in the form of an ellipse as a block of software of the magnetocardiogram is proposed and implemented. An algorithm for constructing diagrams based on the split of the ellipsoid surface on the corresponding segments, which coincide with the segments in the analysis of the results of measurements in computer tomography and ultrasound investation,was developed.
