The selection of conditions and adaptation of plants of the lines of the miscanthus, which were obtained at previous stages of research using the new and classic anti-mitotic compounds of the dinitroaniline series (about 1000 lines), were performed in vivo. Adapted to the open ground conditions of the 52 lines of the miscanthus.
