The object of research is the phenomenon of the philosophy of economics and the phenomenon of the philosophy of education through the philosophy of reflection of their essence and the processes that they are predetermined. Subject of research - problems in economy and education in the conditions of modern transformations of society under the influence of globalization processes, informatization and digitalization of the economy. The purpose of the work is to study theoretical and methodological foundations and analyze the manifestations of modern economic and philosophical knowledge, the socio-philosophical analysis of the philosophy of education in relation to the challenges of a globalized society, the transformation of the values system, trends in economic development and the modernization of education. The achievement of the declared goal of the study involves the use of a complex of general scientific and special research methods: historical, comparative, dialectical methods; structural, functional and situational analysis; interdisciplinary approach; system analysis and synthesis; other methods of scientific knowledge and the results of the study of philosophical, sociological, and pedagogical literature on the subject of research. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is as follows: the essence, structure and stages of the development of the philosophy of the economy as a scientific direction are revealed; it is proved that the philosophical approach allows us to consider the economy as a complex, open, nonlinear system; the necessity of studying globalization as a problem field of philosophy is substantiated; characterized modern conceptual approaches to the perception of the nature of the phenomenon of globalization and revealed the contradictions of the process of globalization; defining the main tendencies in the development of the philosophy of education, based on worldview, methodological and epistemological pluralism, is the synthesis of various methods of cognition and positivist, social anthropological, postmodern theories; on the basis of the acmeological approach, the factors of professional formation were determined and recommendations on the formation of acme-qualities of the person in the system of competences and spiritual values of future specialists were developed; general trends of the training process for professional foreign language communication in higher non-language educational institutions are summarized; the methodical approaches to the formation of the content of the model of professionally-oriented teaching of foreign-language communication were substantiated.
