The purpose of work is an analysis and preparation of suggestions in relation to development of project of law in relation to the reconstruction of quarters of out-of-date housing fund. As an object of research the out-of-date housing fund of Ukraine and existent legislation comes forward on questions the reconstruction of out-of-date housing fund. Research methods: system-structural analysis, cartographic, statistical. Actuality, timeliness and necessity of implementation of such research work, is caused by the necessity of urgent decision of question of reconstruction of quarters of out-of-date housing fund. In the process of implementation And stage of НДР the analysis of existent normatively-legal base of Ukraine is conducted, international experience of adjusting in the field of building, town-planning and architecture in part of reconstruction of out-of-date housing fund and given recommendations is studied and analysed in relation to possibility of his application in Ukraine. As a result of the conducted researches the first release of recommendations is worked out in relation to the improvement of legislation on questions the reconstruction of quarters of out-of-date housing fund.
