By the object of research of вистепає out-of-date housing fund of Ukraine and existent legislation on questions the reconstruction of out-of-date housing fund. A purpose of work is an analysis and preparation of suggestions in relation to development of project of law in relation to the reconstruction of quarters of out-of-date housing fund. Research methods: system-structural analysis, statistical. Actuality, timeliness and necessity of implementation of such research work, is caused by the necessity of urgent decision of question of reconstruction of quarters of out-of-date housing fund. In the process of implementation of ІІ of the stage of НДР there were geared-up suggestions in relation to the project of normatively-legal act in relation to the reconstruction of quarters of out-of-date housing fund and also comparative table of previous and offered releases of Law.
