More than 800 existing geothermal wells of the Dnieper-Donets basin are analyzed. Geothermal deposits and existing wells of Poltava and Chernigov regions have been identified for heat and power supply, namely: Gadyach city - geothermal well № 2, which will allow to produce 3,32 MW of thermal and 0,43 MW of electric power; Piryatin city - geothermal wells №. 2, 101, 107, which can provide heat supply to the population and industrial enterprises of the city. Monastyrishchenskoye field, well №20, which will produce 1,2 MW of thermal energy.
