Factors, influencing on transformation of coal atom-molecule structure, are set, including accounting the evolution of substance structure in the metamorphism process. Influence of local folding and low amplitude disruption on the gases redistribution in an undisturbed and disturbed coal-rock massif and additionally on forming of natural and technogenic methane accumulations is determined. The algorithm of numeral calculation of methane emission in the mine working taking into account free and retained methane in the disturbed area is developed. New influence pattern of coal properties, stress gradients of tensions and methane pressure and speed of working building on a decision and flowing of gas-dynamic processes in the coalface of the mine working are established.
