The nanopowders of the kesterite were tested in combination with n-type semiconductors. The image of the Kelvin-probe atomic force microscopy, made under illumination, showed the potential distribution at the interface between the n-type semiconductor regions and the positive regions of the kesterite, which results from the separation of charges. The best result was obtained for the composition of CdS-CZTS, which showed the potential difference between the regions up to 250 mV.
