Results: the technology of providing early intervention services, which includes the algorithm of early detection and assessment of mental disorders in children and algorithm of providing early intervention services, has been developed, the model of interaction between the team of specialists and parents has been substantiated, ASQ-3 and ASQ: SE questionnaires have been validated, normative indicators of mental development for Ukrainian children from 2 to 60 months have been obtained. Novelty: The proposed early intervention technology implements a biological, psychological and social model of care, based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health of Children and Adolescents, and integrates the medical, pedagogical and psychological component of helping children with mental disorders. Effectiveness: developed technology of early intervention will enable the timely identification and provision of this service for supporting children with the risk of mental disorders on the basis of interdisciplinary, family-centeredness, functionality; prevent the formation of persistent development disorders and the disability of children.
