In the course of the research a conceptual model for higher education humanization was developed as a means to ensure its quality. The leading domestic and foreign experience of higher education humanization as a means for ensuring its quality is analyzed. The law of the basic organization of competencies was formulated. The basic organization of competencies is a systematic unity of five fundamental types of competencies: knowledge, value-orientation, creativity and innovation, dialogue and consensus, and artistic creation, which is respectively related to the main types of socio-cultural information - knowledge, values, projects, consensus and artistic images.
