Created: model of reconstruction of types of role interaction in the socio-psychological space of a small group (based on group expectations and I-concepts of group members); model of group boundaries (subject-cognitive, sociometric, emotional, and boundaries of identity); model of role communication in newly formed groups (status-positional, value-expectancy and distant-emotional aspects of communication); three-dimensional model of competition analysis (by parameters: personality, perfection, neuroticism). The scientific principle of regulation of the development of inter-subjective interaction in the group is proposed. Hypotheses are put forward: on the peculiarity of parallel processes in synergetic groups, the dependence of group productivity on the role repertoire of its members; about gender-role dependency of group processes, group cohesion as a result of inter-group competition; about the differences in strategies to overcome the stress by people who survived the war and those who are informed about it. The complex of methods for research of conscious and unconscious factors of group interaction (role communication, gender dependency, status formation) has been developed; author's diagnostic techniques: analysis of the role interaction of a member of a small group, value-role mapping of inter-subjective interaction in teams, joint drawing of role-playing interaction and fairytale creation, pictographic drawing of group space and emotional distances. Features of unconscious group processes in gender-homogeneous and heterogeneous groups, peculiarities of sociometric status formation in newly created educational groups were revealed. Correctional techniques and technologies are developed: overcoming of role tensions during the process of interaction in a small group; work with stereotypes that complicate the processes of group interaction; short-term complex rehabilitation of ATO veterans; training of communicative-role modeling of group interaction of members of newly formed groups.
