Subject of research - models, methods and algorithms of recognition and identification of target objects in the video stream, methods and algorithms for remote control of robotic complexes of defense purposes, complex methods and algorithms for determining the coordinates of targets in the area and commands for the control system of the robotic complex. The purpose of the work is to create an intelligent defense system that allows to operate the robotic complexes remotely and bring the person out of the battle line to reduce the loss of personnel and increase the effectiveness of small arms. Research methods - elements of the theory of sets, methods of processing digital images and discrete transformations of two-dimensional information for the transformation of input images and accelerated calculations of convolution, methods of statistical processing of experimental data, methods for image recognition, methods of optical flow. The general scheme of a robotic complex with the use of two cameras is developed - 1) a fixed camera with a wide viewing angle covering the whole sector of the fire; 2) the turning camera, which directed with the weapon and is intended to point to the target. A set of procedures has been developed for the detection and tracking of target objects and targeting of weapons.
