Requirements for structures of flat rubber-cable ropes for deep-sea lifting, which are given a tubular shape were justified. Mathematical formulation was performed and rational parameters of a transporting pipeline of a deep-sea airlift and the corresponding cost, design and energy parameters of an airlift were established. Operating modes of a sea airlift with a stepped pipeline shape were determined on a basis of optimal design and control of its operational parameters. Technical solutions for creation of energy-efficient and environmentally safe systems of deep-sea extraction of minerals were justified.
