Existing approaches to selection of basic specialized lexical units and the corresponding foreign-language learning content to a certain extent enable Ukrainian telecommunications, IT and information security specialists to acquire foreign language competences. However, to provide for their language inter-compatibility with foreign specialists under integration and dynamic international cooperation, and to help them quickly improve their professional skills by using English when working with specialized foreign resources, it is necessary to develop up-to-date level monolingual (English) specialized dictionaries, which proves the above scientific task to be relevant. The research results can serve as a ground to implement the corresponding level English telecommunications, IT and information security dictionaries in higher educational institutions to optimize the English language learning content for the specialists and improve graduates’ language skills.
